Neil Ogden joined Hospital Radio Basingstoke in June 1990 and has been hosting The Sound of Sunday since March 1991.

As well as presenting on Sunday afternoons, Neil has presented shows on every day of the week at some point. He was a regular member of the Thursday Crew for many years and also a regular host of Sportswatch, HRB's sports show in the early nineties..

Neil has presented on four short term stations in Basingstoke, two as Basingstoke Carnival Radio and two as Kestrel FM, and co-produced the Saturday afternoon sports show on 107.6 Kestrel FM for 12 months from August 1998.  He also produced the community talk show on Delta FM in Alton  and presented several shows on the station as well.

Neil was elected Programme Controller of HRB in 1993 and Station Manager in 1998. He also briefly held the position of Treasurer for five months in 1997, and is now back in the position of Programme Controller again.

When he's not doing HRB, Neil runs a web site design business, and writes articles for other magazines as well as being a qualified copywriter, and proofreader.
