Back in the 1940s, the original Superman comic book character stories were transcribed into a radio serial broadcast on the radio every day in America.  The character was very different back then, secretive and hidden rather than the well-know superhero he became but the stories are pretty good and we're running them each week on The Sound of Sunday.

Occasionally we'll run one 6 part story over 1 complete week on HRB on The Sound of Sunday and then continuing all week on Harry Robinson's show. 

So sit back and enjoy the world's most famous superhero as you probably haven't heard him before - or certainly for a while anyway!
